Passive Voice.

The passive is formed by prefixing we- to verbs.

Kare welelo.
The car was sold.

En webunu.
He was killed.
 

Sometimes the verb will mutate; often the first consonant, sometimes the second.

Pake wenanma.  (instead of nanba)
The package was received.
 

The agent is marked by u:

Kare wegita u ne.
The car was driven by him.
 

And the instrument by cu: 

Itu weguma cu kẹs̈a.
It was paid for with cash.
